Non-contract Support
For customers with no support contract who need help, we charge a flat rate of £5 to log incidents via the tracker or £10 via the telephone. We would generally recommend using the tracker as this tends to be a far more cost-effective and accurate method for exchanging information. Once an issue has been logged, our support time is then charged at £100 per hour measured in 12 minute intervals.

If you ask a question or post a problem that we are unable to address, we will decline the request and no fee will be due. If the issue is something we can help with, we will endeavor to declare our likely chance of success and the amount of time we think will be involved before continuing.
